This is not a Frequently Asked Questions regarding photography, rather the technical aspects or issues you may experience with the website.

Q: Why are parts of the site not showing up, such as the introductory movie, left hand navigation (menu), etc.)?
A: Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, do you get a 'gold' bar at the top of your screen like so?

Click the gold bar and select "Allow blocked content." A pop-up will then appear, warning about the risks. Please select "Yes."

On TonerPhotography.com this allows our special menus designed in Flash and graphics to appear, enhancing your experience. No harmful files are added to your computer.

Q: What is Flash?
A: Flash is a way of adding animation and rich interactivity to web pages. An example is our introductory movie and the left hand menu. Notice how things are animated and also how things may move when you scroll over them.

Q: Why can't I copy and paste Michelle's email?
A: Unfortunately, this is due to spammers who like to scan websites and steal emails. To help eliminate some of this and allow us to get to your email faster, we have inserted it as an image. Please either click the image and open it in your designated web mail program, or manually enter it into your email. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: How do I use the image galleries?
A:

• Click on the gallery you'd like to view
• Thumbnails of all the images in that gallery will pop up in a new window. There may be multiple pages, please use the menu at the top and bottom to scroll through the pages.
• Click on an image one time to view it in a larger size.
• Below the image are further options.
• You can view the images in a slideshow by clicking that designated link.
• You can click on the image one more time, or on the designated link to view it in a higher resolution
• You can view the next image or the previous image.
